The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, system administration, and cloud services, along with a passion for automation and continuous improvement. As a DevOps Engineer, He/She will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and overall system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
Implement and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and security.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks and system management.
Implement best practices for system security and data protection.
Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or software engineering.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of database administration and optimization.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
